SHIPPING POLICY

Zara Zari Shipping Policy-

  1. Shipping Destinations:

    • Zara Zari ships products to customers in the UK, USA, and Canada.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2-3 weeks.

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 4 weeks.

    • Free Shipping: Available for orders above a certain amount.

  3. Order Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 10 business days.

    • Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed and shipped.

  4. Tracking Information:

    • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp Number.

    • Customers can track their orders through the provided link or the delivery partner website.

  5. Customs and Import Duties:

    • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

    • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

  6. Delivery Time Estimates:

    • UK: Approx 1-3 weeks.

    • USA: 1-3 weeks.

    • Canada: 1-3 weeks.

    • Note: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and location. In certain condition it can go up 4-6 weeks.

  7. Shipping Delays:

    • Zara Zari is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.

  8. Incorrect Address:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

    • Zara Zari is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  9. Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Zara Zari’s customer service for assistance via email, WhatsApp and Call.

  10. Return Shipping:​

    • Return shipping is accepted only when the customer provides a video of opening the parcel and a valid reason for the return.

    • The video should clearly show the unopened parcel, the process of opening it, and the condition of the items inside.

    • Valid reasons for return include damaged items, or incorrect items received..

    • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zara Zari.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Zara Zari Refund Policy-

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are issued for items that are returned in accordance with Zara Zari's return shipping policy.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • A video of opening the parcel and a valid reason for the return must be provided.

  2. Valid Reasons for Return and Refund:

    • Damaged items upon receipt.

    • Incorrect items received.

  3. Time Frame for Return and Refund Requests:

    • Customers must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.

    • The video of opening the parcel must be included in the return request.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zara Zari (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

  5. Processing of Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Zara Zari will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

    • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer’s original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  6. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when an item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to Zara Zari's error.

  7. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items once purchased will not get refund.

    • Customized or personalized items.

  8. Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or damaged. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

    • To request an exchange, customers must contact Zara Zari’s customer service within 14 days of receiving the item.
